At some point, you may need to travel and stay in hotel rooms. The question is, how do you stay on your vegan fitness program when the hotel or resort that you’re staying at has little to no vegan options?

I’m at the Hyatt Regency Marina resort in sunny San Diego and it’s GORGEOUS! But the only vegan option that they have on their entire menu is a roasted vegetable wrap.

Now that’s cool, but it won’t give me everything I need to build and maintain a dream body on a vegan diet.
