We are looking for 20 participants, guys and gals, to participate in the first ever
28 day vegan muscle building program.

Requirements:

  • Must be vegan or willing to go 100% vegan for 28 days (no exceptions)
  • Must have access to a health club or equivalent
  • Must be willing to eat a lot of vegan protein
  • Must be willing to perform intense, resistance training workouts 4 times per week
  • Must be willing to be very sore
  • Must be willing to follow a nutrition program to the letter
  • May not use any steroids, hormones, or physique cheating substances besides Creatine and L-Glutamine.
  • Must be willing to allow us to publish your before and after pictures, name, and measurements.
