VEGAN 10 DAY RAPID FAT LOSS BETA PROGRAM

What’s the commitment (what do you need to do):

  • Follow our workouts every single day for 10 consecutive days. The workouts will last 50-60 minutes and will involve intense interval cardio and resistance training. The workouts will be designed to be done with very basic weights that can be performed at any health club. We will also give at-home alternatives, but it may require that you invest in a simple set of exercise bands for resistance.

Incidentally, I weigh now the same as I did in 8th grade. Had a weight problem my whole life, except for around age 25-30 when whatever I did I could lose weight.

 

I am ecstatic about my results, I got a lot of flak from my friends thinking that I did not need to lose weight, but I had to tell them that for me this was to get cut! I LOVE to look good in clothes and why not show off some muscles and feel even more confident in my skin with and without clothes on. I actually did not see the difference until I put the pictures side by side. I went from 128.8 to 124.6 and lost 2″ in my waist at the belly button and at the widest point. I can see the different cuts in my abs and oblique’s and I Love it.

 

Exactly 10 days (10:30PM the night before we started to 10:30PM on the final day) from when I first measured myself I am down 1.5 inches in my waist and I went from 191.4 to 190 pounds. I’ve also gone from 38 inches to 36.5 inches (widest and belly button are the same). Other times in the week however I started to see lower numbers on the scale than I’ve seen in a few years. At one point I was down to 187 and 36 inches, but that was a mid-day measurement.
I feel like I’m on a fairly sustainable downward trend with my body fat. I know the workouts are doing me good, I feel great and my stress about nutrition and exercise go away with this system.

 

I entered the program with los expectations, just in case it didn’t work for me. But by the end of the 10 days, I had lost 1” at my belly button and 1.75” at the widest point of my waist!
