Scientists Have Figured Out What Happens To Burned Fat!

“The research team, led by Ruben Meerman and Andrew Brown of the University of New South Wales, discovered that when 1kg (2.2lb) of fat is fully oxidized (“burnt”), 0.84kg (1.9lb) departs via the lungs as carbon dioxide. The remaining 0.16kg (0.3lb) becomes water which may be excreted in the urine, feces, sweat, breath, or tears.

The analysis shows that the inhaled oxygen required for this metabolic process weighs nearly three times more than the fat being lost.”

In this episode we learn how the biggest vegan bodybuilder, Ryan Nelson, works out in order to put on 250 lbs of vegan muscle, while getting in the single digits for his body fat percentage. He is going to share his muscle building workout strategies and his pre-competition fat shredding routine.

Ryan Nelson is currently the biggest professional vegan bodybuilder in the world. He is from Big Horn, Wyoming. He played professional indoor football for the Fairbanks Grizzlies. He’s the founder of Alpha Fitness in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Since Thanksgiving of 2012, he’s been cold-turkey vegan.

In 2013 he received the personal trainer of the year award in Minneapolis.

He has placed in the top 3 in numerous NPC shows.
